Security Handling
All baggage sent by air requires a fully completed security declaration form in order to be compliant with requirements of Australian and International Law. Please complete this carefully as it is a legal document and the consequences of misinformation can be severe under the Australian Civil Aviation Act (and/or similar legislation in other jurisdictions).
Please note that your baggage may be subject to x-ray and/or hand search at the complete discretion of our own security staff as well as airline or airport security. A twenty-four hour security-holding period is mandatory.
The following goods are not accepted for shipment by air, sea, or road: aerosols, batteries, explosives, corrosives, firearms and ammunition, radioactive material, perfume, pressurised or unpressurised cylinders and similar type containers, paint, fuel or fuel tanks and weapons of any description.
Baggage containing any of these items may be subject to delay and/or extra charges which will be billed to the sender's account.
